What is the Canton Fair?
The China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), known as “China’s No. 1 Exhibition,” is China’s longest-running, largest, most sophisticated, most comprehensive international trade event with the most diverse product categories, the largest number of attendees, and the highest transaction volume.
Since its inception in 1957, the Canton Fair has been successfully held for 137 times, held annually in Guangzhou in spring and autumn. The 137th Canton Fair 2025 attracted approximately 527,000 overseas buyers from 229 countries and regions online, while the offline event attracted 288,900 overseas buyers. On-site export transactions reached US$25.44 billion.
